DSH SERIES
The DSH series mold dryers are the ideal solution for eliminating condensation on injection and blow molding tools.
This product range uses desiccant rotor technology for air drying, allowing a Dew Point of up to -10°C to be achieved.
Depending on the model, the air flow rate ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 m³/h, making them suitable for use with one or more processing machines.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
Microprocessor control unit manages the machine’s operation, ensuring a constant Dew Point through PID-regulated regeneration.
Panel filter for simplified cleaning and improved accessibility.
Air pre-cooling via heat exchanger using low-temperature water (7–10°C).
Drain pump with integrated float for removal of condensed water.
High-pressure fan for effective and efficient air distribution to the desiccant rotor, ensuring a stable process even in tropical conditions up to 40°C and 90% humidity.
RS485 Modbus interface.
ACCESSORIES
Post-cooler to reduce the temperature of the outlet air.
External Dew Point sensor to enable automatic start and stop of the machine during periods of low humidity.
