PD SERIES
The PET Solutions PD Series includes a range of suction units designed for the automatic conveying of plastic materials, both granules and flakes.
The line features 8 standard models with power ratings from 1.5 kW to 20 kW, capable of ensuring a conveying capacity of up to 3000 kg/h and covering distances up to 160 meters.
The units can be equipped with FZ paper filters or FC1, FC2, FC3, and FC8 filtration systems that use antistatic polyester cartridges, providing an effective combination of cyclonic effect and dust separation, an ideal solution for particularly dusty materials.
Plant control is managed by a microprocessor board with an integrated programming keypad, allowing intuitive and precise management of all operational functions.
Paired with the PD Series, PET Solutions offers material receivers with removable filters in the “LDM” series (constructed entirely in stainless steel) and the “LDX” series (featuring a central body made of Pyrex glass), distinguished by the following technical features.
