RDP SERIES
The RDP series mold dryers provide an effective solution for eliminating condensation on molds used in injection and blow molding processes.
Thanks to refrigeration circuit technology, these systems ensure optimal air drying, reaching a Dew Point of up to +6°C, an ideal value for approximately 90% of industrial applications.
The range includes models with various airflow capacities, from 2,400 to 7,000 m³/h, which can be connected to one or more processing machines, ensuring maximum operational flexibility.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Variable-speed compressors managed by inverter.
High-pressure process fans, also inverter-controlled, to ensure the correct airflow and maximize energy efficiency, maintaining stable operation even in tropical climates with temperatures up to 40°C and humidity up to 90%.
Microprocessor control with PID-regulated regeneration to ensure a constant Dew Point and optimize machine performance.
Panel filtration system for easier cleaning and improved accessibility.
Drain pump with integrated float for automatic removal of condensed water.
RS485 interface with Modbus protocol.
Aftercooler to reduce the temperature of the outlet air.
