SOFT DROP
SD SERIES
The SD Series includes a range of Soft Drop devices designed for the storage of preforms and plastic materials coming from processing machines. These pneumatic systems ensure gentle handling of the product to preserve its integrity.
Material from the injection molding machine is conveyed directly to the Soft Drop via a TB Series conveyor belt installed at the machine.Inside the Soft Drop, a flat belt distributes the material, alternately loading the different hoppers or chutes.
Once loading is complete, the hopper lowers and releases the material from a predefined minimal height, preventing impacts or damage during unloading.PET Solutions offers a modular range, from two to multiple loading stations, to meet various production needs.
The height and width of the structure are adjustable and customizable according to the customer’s required layout.
