SPEKTRE is a solution developed by Pet Solutions S.p.A. to ensure continuity and reliability in production processes, reducing machine downtime and increasing operational efficiency. Based on the patented principle of Ion-Molecule Reaction (IMR) mass spectrometry, it offers fast, selective measurements with a wide dynamic range and very low detection limits.
The system is designed for continuous and precise monitoring of all production stages, from raw material to finished product, ensuring consistent quality and complete traceability. It can be used both in the field (for dehumidification air, plastic granules, and preforms) and in the laboratory (with autosampler).
SPEKTRE also enables accurate control of contaminants, detecting specific VOCs and residual moisture, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Finally, thanks to data sharing with field devices, it enables self-adaptive algorithms that optimize and make production smarter.
